Recurring Maintenance Planner
The Recurring Maintenance Planner (RMP) is the powerhouse behind the fireMAX system. The fireMAX RMP systemises and automates your testing
planning and totally simplifies how you identify the status of a test and any action required.
In the office when you add in a new client and/or property to fireMAX you enter in the annual certification date for that property and
fireMAX will automatically schedule all required tests for that property (to AS1851 or AS1851-2005 standards - or a fully customised schedule)
for the life of the properties contract.
That means every single test you are required to carry out is scheduled for the foreseeable future in about 30 seconds.
In addition, using the digital pen technology with the digital pen enabled log books, every test that is completed will automatically
have the electronic copy of the test form attached into the RMP so you can see in an instant if a scheduled test has been completed or not,
and if the test had any failures that require action. Colour indicators are used to identify tests that produced a failure or impairment.
