Testing Forms
Testing forms and log books are designed as part of the fireMAX system. There will be a total of about 25 testing forms made to fully integrate with the fireMAX system, and as
demand grows and standards change we will continue to add to the available forms and will modify existing forms to remain compliant.
The testing forms are completed with a digital pen on specially printed log books. When a test is completed the form is sent electronically back to the fireMAX system where it is
attached into the RMP. If a failure is marked on a test then the system can immediately notify a project manager/estimator etc about the failure by e-mail so that it can be quoted
and provided to the client immediately.
The instantaneous nature of this type of reporting allows all the parties involved to become immediately aware of risks or potential problems and address them. The FM once
aware of an issue can put in plans to work around a problem and the fire protection company can quickly produce a quotation to have the problem fixed.
